Steps
For the preparation of the Soft Kinder Mimosa Tart without Eggs watch the video HERE.
Let’s prepare the soft base
In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, potato starch and baking powder.
Add the yogurt, oil and milk, and mix until you get a smooth, homogeneous batter.
Pour the batter into the pan lined with parchment paper and level it well.
Reserve a little batter and bake it in a small pan: we’ll use it for the mimosa cubes.
Bake at 356°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes.
Let cool completely.
Let’s prepare the Kinder cream
Whip the mascarpone with the sugar until you obtain a smooth cream.
Add the cold cream and whip until you get a fluffy cream.
Roughly chop several Kinder bars and fold them into the cream gently.
Assemble the mimosa tart
Lightly moisten the base with milk or a light syrup of your choice.
Using a piping bag distribute the cream over the base forming many little rosettes.
Cut into cubes the separately baked reserved base.
Decorate the surface as you like.
Finish with additional chopped Kinder pieces.
Enjoy!

Storage:
Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container.
Take it out of the fridge 20 minutes before serving for best texture and flavor.
Freezing is not recommended because the cream may lose its structure.
