  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2.5 oz flour
  • 4 tbsp water (Hot)

  • Cream Preparation:

    In a pan, we put the raspberries, sugar, lemon juice and cook for about 10 minutes. Let it cool well. In a bowl, we put the mascarpone, cream, sugar, and the well-cooled raspberry mixture

    First, we need to separate the yolks from the whites and add sugar in equal parts. Beat the whites until stiff. Add the hot water over the yolks and beat, add the oil,

Freezing: It can be frozen already filled or just the baked batter, wrapped well in plastic wrap and in a food bag, for up to 1 month. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
