Ingredients for the Soft Savory Tart:

  • 10.5 oz fresh cheese (Ricotta)
  • cup milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1.75 oz olives
  • garlic
  • 1.75 oz cooked ham
  • 3 eggs
  • spices
  • 1.75 cups flour
  • Half packet instant yeast for savory preparations
  • parsley
  • dill

Steps

  • In a pan, put the cheese, milk, and heat them. Add spices to taste. Chop the olives and cooked ham.

  • Add them to the mixture. Also, add the chopped dill and parsley. Transfer to a container and add the eggs.

  • Add the flour while mixing. Finally, add the yeast. Pour the mixture into the mold. Bake at 356°F for about 40 minutes.
