Sponge Cake Cookies with Nutella
How often does it happen that we bake a cake and have leftover sponge cake that we don’t need and don’t know what to do with?! Since we don’t waste food (I’m obsessed with food waste 😅) I propose a simple and quick recipe to recycle leftover sponge cake!!! I’ll tell you more, these cookies are also very good!

Ingredients for Sponge Cake Cookies with Nutella:
- 6 oz sponge cake (Leftovers)
- 3.5 oz Nutella® (Or similar)
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
Steps
The preparation of cookies with Sponge Cake and Nutella is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, chop the leftover Sponge Cake, add the baking powder and mix. Add the Nutella and if it’s too hard, warm it slightly, and then add the chopped sponge cake mixed with the baking powder.
Add the milk and mix. Take some of the mixture and mold it with your hands to form balls, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Continue until the mixture is finished.
Bake at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
