spring rolls

How often have you gone to a Chinese restaurant to eat these rolls? I go very often because my husband loves them, so I thought of trying to make them at home. I must say they turned out better than I expected, and my husband even said that they are better than those at the Chinese restaurant ☺️. A very simple recipe that we can prepare in a few minutes with a few ingredients!

Ingredients for the spring rolls:

  • 10.5 oz phyllo dough
  • 10.5 oz Savoy cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • Half onion
  • white wine
  • soy sauce
  • vegetable oil

Steps

The preparation of spring rolls is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.

  • In a saucepan, put the onion, a bit of oil, and let it fry. Add the chopped carrot and cabbage and cook for a few minutes.

  • Add a bit of white wine and soy sauce and cook for another 2 min (the vegetables should remain crispy).

  • Turn off the heat and let it cool down. Put some vegetables on the phyllo dough, close it, and form the roll (watch the video HERE), brush the final part with oil to make the dough stick well. Fry them in hot oil for a few minutes. As soon as they are ready, place them on absorbent paper. Continue with all.
