Strawberry Semifreddo
A fresh and summer dessert that is prepared in a few minutes with strawberries, cream, mascarpone, and sugar. What better way to cool down on these days of infernal heat than a nice piece of semifreddo ☺️ Strawberry semifreddo is perfect to eat as a snack, treat, or dessert after a meal!!!

Ingredients for the strawberry semifreddo:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4.2 oz mascarpone cheese
- 5.3 oz strawberries
- Half vial Strawberry flavoring
Steps
The preparation of the strawberry semifreddo is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, clean and chop the strawberries and blend them. Set aside 2/3 tablespoons of the mixture then add the mascarpone.
Add sugar, strawberry flavoring, cream, and whip. Put some of the blended strawberry mixture at the bottom of the mold.
Add the mixture on top and level it. Also, add some strawberry mixture on top. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the freezer for a few hours. I recommend using a silicone mold; otherwise, you need to cover it with plastic wrap to facilitate removal from the mold.
