Strawberry Yogurt Cake

Ingredients for the Strawberry Yogurt Cake:
- 7 oz cookies
- 7 tbsp butter
- 3 cups yogurt
- 1 cup whipped cream (Semi-whipped)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp gelatin sheets
- lemon zest
- vanilla
- 14 oz strawberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Half lemon (Lemon juice)
- 1 tsp gelatin sheets
Steps
The preparation of the strawberry yogurt cake is very simple, watch the video HERE.
Base preparation:
Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter. Place the mixture in a baking pan lined with parchment paper and compact it. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes
Cream preparation:
First, soak the gelatin in cold water. In a bowl, combine yogurt, cream, sugar, and lemon zest.
Add vanilla extract and mix. Melt the previously hydrated gelatin with a little liqueur and add it to the mixture while stirring. Pour the resulting mixture over the cookie base.
Refrigerate for about 3 hours.
Strawberry preparation:
In a pan, cook the cleaned strawberries, lemon juice, and sugar for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the heat and add the previously hydrated gelatin, mix well, then let it cool slightly. Once warm, pour the mixture over the cream, spreading it over the entire surface. Refrigerate for another hour.
