Ingredients for Stuffed Flatbreads in a Pan Without Yeast:
(7 pieces)
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tbsps vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 1/2 oz scamorza cheese
- 2 1/2 oz cooked ham
Steps
The preparation of the stuffed flatbreads in a pan without yeast is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, put the flour, water, oil, and a pinch of salt. Mix and knead quickly until you get a homogeneous dough. Let it rest for about 20 minutes, then cut it into 7 equal parts.
Take one piece at a time and roll it out, using a little flour if needed. Place some scamorza and cooked ham (about 10 g each) in the center and close well to prevent spilling during cooking. Repeat with the other pieces.
Once ready, put a little oil in the pan and cook them for a few minutes on both sides.
