Sugar-Free Strawberry Jam
A delicious jam made with fresh strawberries I personally picked, made in a version without added sugars! Of course, I added a bit of lemon juice and freshly squeezed apple juice using the extractor! Compared to the classic jam, this sugar-free version is much healthier and has a shorter shelf life (about 2/3 months), so I made a small batch!

Ingredients for Sugar-Free Strawberry Jam:
- 2.2 lbs strawberries
- 2 cups apple juice
- Half lemon
Steps
The preparation of sugar-free strawberry jam is very simple, watch the video HERE.
First, wash and clean the strawberries. Add the apple juice, lemon juice, and cook for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
Remove the foam that forms during cooking. Once the desired thickness is reached, immediately pour into previously sterilized jars. Seal the jars well and turn them upside down to create a vacuum seal. Once cooled, you can re-boil the jars for about 20 minutes.
