Summer Zucchini Salad
A fresh, simple, and quick salad to prepare that perfectly pairs with our main dishes of all kinds. Zucchini are the stars of the summer, so a summer recipe with them couldn’t be missing. I chose to keep it very light and not overload it, but I’m telling you, if you want to add cheese or other vegetables, or tuna or cooked ham, you can enrich it according to your needs! I’ll confess that I personally prepare this salad all year round, even in winter!
