Ingredients for the Tiramisu Ice Cream Cake:

9-inch (22 cm) pan

  • 7 oz mascarpone
  • 1 3/4 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • vanilla
  • 7 oz ladyfingers
  • coffee
  • unsweetened cocoa powder

  • First, let’s prepare the cream:

    Put the mascarpone, sugar, cream, vanilla, and whip until you get a cream.

  • Cut some ladyfingers in half, soak them in coffee and sugar, and line them up on the edge of the pan. Add a layer of cream (about half of the total amount), spread and level well with a spatula.

  • Place a layer of soaked ladyfingers on top and some cocoa. Cover with the remaining cream, leveling well.

  • Cover with plastic wrap and put in the freezer for a few hours, then remove the mold and decorate as desired.

  • Enjoy!
