Tiramisu Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients for the Tiramisu Ice Cream Cake:
9-inch (22 cm) pan
- 7 oz mascarpone
- 1 3/4 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- vanilla
- 7 oz ladyfingers
- coffee
- unsweetened cocoa powder

First, let’s prepare the cream:
Put the mascarpone, sugar, cream, vanilla, and whip until you get a cream.
Cut some ladyfingers in half, soak them in coffee and sugar, and line them up on the edge of the pan. Add a layer of cream (about half of the total amount), spread and level well with a spatula.
Place a layer of soaked ladyfingers on top and some cocoa. Cover with the remaining cream, leveling well.
Cover with plastic wrap and put in the freezer for a few hours, then remove the mold and decorate as desired.
