Tiramisu without Eggs in the Cream
Tiramisu is the quintessential Italian dessert and is known worldwide! I confess that when I discovered it, I only ate tiramisu. In the classic tiramisu, eggs or yolks are used, but today I propose a simpler and faster version where I didn’t use eggs for the cream, but only cream, mascarpone, and sugar. This recipe is perfect for all seasons, especially summer, as it doesn’t require baking!
