Tomato Soup

Ingredients for the tomato soup:
- onion
- celery
- carrot
- bell pepper
- 8 tomatoes
- 1 package tomato pulp
- 7 oz pasta
- bay leaf
- extra virgin olive oil
- parsley
Steps
The preparation of tomato soup is very simple, watch the video HERE.
In a saucepan, put some oil and the onion and sauté. Add the chopped vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
Chop the peeled tomatoes and add them. Also add the tomato pulp and some water.
Cover and cook for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add seasonings to taste and blend.
In the meantime, prepare the pasta and add it. Cook for a few minutes and finally add the parsley and bay leaf.
