Ingredients for the Upside-Down Cocoa and Apple Cake:
- 1 oz vegetable margarine
- 3 apples
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2.5 cups flour
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1.2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 5.3 oz apple compote

Add the margarine, sliced apples, sugar and let them caramelize. Once ready, place them at the bottom of the mold.
