Vanilla and Chocolate Marble Cake

- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3.5 oz chocolate
- vanilla
- rum flavoring
