Vegan Apple Roll
A simple roll to prepare with a vegan dough made from flour, soy milk, sugar, and flavors. Of course, I filled it with abundant apples sautéed in a pan with a bit of sugar and cinnamon, the result?! It’s a DELICIOUS treat that you can enjoy for breakfast, snack, or dessert at the end of a meal, it’s always a good idea!

Ingredients for the Vegan Apple Roll:
- 10.6 oz flour
- 0.4 cup soy milk
- 0.25 cup vegetable oil
- 0.2 oz fresh yeast
- lemon flavor
- vanilla
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 4 apples
- 3 tbsps sugar
- 3 tbsps jam
- ground cinnamon
Steps
The preparation of the vegan apple roll is very simple, watch the video HERE.
Dough preparation:
We put the flour, yeast, oil, lemon flavor and vanilla, sugar, milk
knead for about 10 minutes. When the dough is ready, we transfer it to a container, cover it, and let it rise for about an hour.
Filling preparation:
We grate the apples,
add sugar, a bit of cinnamon and let it cook for a few minutes. We also add the jam, mix well
let it cool down.
Assembly:
After about an hour we take half of the dough, roll it out and put about half of the prepared filling on top.
Roll it up and close the two ends. Place the obtained roll in the pan. Proceed the same way with the other half of the dough.
let it rise for about another 30 minutes, then brush them with soy milk or water and bake at 356°F for about 40 minutes.
