🍪 Storage of Vegan Apple Triangles
*They keep perfectly for 2-3 days at room temperature, in an airtight container, away from heat and humidity.
*If you want to keep them longer, you can store them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, although they will lose a bit of their crunchiness. To make them crispy again, simply heat them for a few minutes in a static oven at 356°F or in an air fryer.
*Freezing is not recommended, as phyllo dough tends to become soggy and lose texture after thawing.
