Vegan Blackberry and Hazelnut Cake
A cake perfect to start the day right, made without eggs, butter, or milk, hence vegan. ☺️ Perfect for those who are vegan or intolerant to these foods! Moreover, in this recipe, I chose to use whole wheat flour because I personally like it a lot!!! The combination of blackberries and hazelnuts is perfect so I recommend you try it!

Ingredients for the vegan blackberry and hazelnut cake:
8-inch pan
- 5 oz hazelnut beverage
- 6 3/4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 7 oz blackberries
- chopped hazelnuts
Steps
The preparation of the vegan blackberry and hazelnut cake is very simple, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder and mix. Add the hazelnut beverage, oil, and blend.
Add the cleaned and washed blackberries and mix. Transfer the mixture into the mold. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.
