9-inch cake pan
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 2/3 cup sparkling water
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1/2 cup fruit juice (Sour cherries)
- lemon zest
- 2/3 lbs sour cherries
Steps

In a bowl, add the oil, sugar, water, sour cherry juice, lemon zest, and mix.
Add the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, and mix. Add the baking powder and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the cake pan, level it, then add the pitted sour cherries. Push some inside and bake at 356°F for about 40 min.
