Vegan Papaya and Coconut Cake

Ingredients for the Vegan Papaya and Coconut Cake:
9 inch pan
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 packet baking powder
- ground cinnamon
- lemon zest
- ground turmeric
- 1 cup water
- Half papaya
- 3/4 cup grated coconut
- Half lemon juice

In a bowl, place the flour, sugar, coconut, and baking powder, and mix. Add some lemon zest and cinnamon to taste.
Add the water, strained lemon juice, oil, and vanilla, and mix.
Add some turmeric and mix. Meanwhile, clean the papaya and cut it into pieces, then add it to the mixture.
Mix well and pour the obtained mixture into the pan, level it, then bake at 350°F for about 50 minutes.
