Vegan Peach Bundt Cake

Vegan peach bundt cake made without eggs, milk, or butter, using only plant-based products! A great way to start the day with a homemade breakfast using few and very simple ingredients. The bundt cake is very easy and quick to prepare! I used whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour, but if you wish, you can use only one or the other. We are in the peak peach season, so take advantage!!!

Ingredients for the Vegan Peach Bundt Cake:

(9-inch pan)

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup potato starch
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 7/8 cup plant-based milk
  • vanilla
  • 1 baking powder
  • 3/8 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 peaches
  • 1 soy yogurt

Steps

The preparation of the vegan peach bundt cake is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.

  • In a bowl, put the flours, starch, sugar, baking powder and mix. Add the yogurt, the oil.

  • Add the milk, a bit of vanilla and mix. Add the chopped peaches and mix again.

  • Pour the mixture into a bundt cake pan and bake at 350°F for about 30/40 min.

  • Enjoy your meal!
