Ingredients for Vegan Potato and Mushroom Balls:
- 7 oz potatoes
- 10.5 oz mushrooms
- salt
- 3.5 tbsp white wine
- turmeric powder
- chili pepper
- breadcrumbs
- ginger powder
- nuts
Steps

First, clean, wash, and slice the mushrooms. In a pan, add some oil, garlic, and sauté.
Add the mushrooms, wine, a bit of salt, and let it cook for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes.
Then drain them and mash them immediately. After about 10 minutes, chop the mushrooms and mix them with the potatoes.
Add some turmeric powder, ginger, chopped nuts, breadcrumbs, and mix. If you like, you can also add a pinch of chili pepper.
Take a bit of the mixture and shape with your hands to form the balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
