Ingredients for Vegan Potato Salad:
- 7 oz potatoes
- salt
- Half onion
- 3.5 oz capers
- 3.5 oz olives
- oregano
- extra virgin olive oil
- 3.5 oz peppers in oil
- parsley
Steps
The preparation of the vegan potato salad is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, boil the potatoes and clean them, then cut them into cubes. Clean, wash, and chop the onion and add it to the potatoes.
Add the olives, capers, peppers, a drizzle of oil, some oregano, and parsley.
Mix. Put in the fridge for a few hours!
