Ingredients for Vegan Potato Salad:

  • 7 oz potatoes
  • salt
  • Half onion
  • 3.5 oz capers
  • 3.5 oz olives
  • oregano
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 3.5 oz peppers in oil
  • parsley

  • First, boil the potatoes and clean them, then cut them into cubes. Clean, wash, and chop the onion and add it to the potatoes.

  • Add the olives, capers, peppers, a drizzle of oil, some oregano, and parsley.

  • Mix. Put in the fridge for a few hours!
