Vegan tart with whole wheat flour and cherries 🍒
A tart made with a base of water, whole wheat flour, and oil WITHOUT using EGGS, MILK or BUTTER and then topped with a layer of jam and fresh cherries. A dessert suitable for everyone and perfect for any occasion from breakfast to dessert after a meal. A very simple recipe that is prepared in a few minutes and with few ingredients. I chose to use whole wheat flour because I prefer it lately, but you can also replace it with all-purpose flour using the same amount but decreasing the water by 20 ml!
