Vegetable Roll
A great alternative to the meat roll, this one with vegetables, scamorza and parmesan, filled with cooked ham and gorgonzola! A very simple and quick recipe to prepare and perfect to include in your festive menu and more! It is perfect for your Easter or Christmas menu 😅, in short, we can make it at any time of the year! I anticipate that if you like, instead of gorgonzola (if you don’t like it) you can put any spreadable cheese and instead of cooked ham you can use prosciutto, salami, speck, etc!
