Water ring cake
After the holidays, we certainly need to try to eat as lightly as possible, which is why I recommend starting the day with a very light breakfast! A delicious ring cake made with water, without eggs, milk, or butter, so it’s also vegan as it lacks animal fats. A very simple and quick recipe to prepare with just a few ingredients that we all have in our homes. I must say I was very satisfied with the result: a soft and fluffy ring cake that keeps well without drying out! Try it to believe it!
