Ingredients for the Whole Wheat Apple and Banana Bundt Cake:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • 3 apples
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • cinnamon powder
  • vanilla

Steps

Preparing the Whole Wheat Apple and Banana Bundt Cake is very simple and quick to make, watch the video HERE.

  • In a bowl, put the eggs and sugar and whisk until you get a light and creamy mixture. In another bowl, put the mascarpone and banana and mix with the beaters. Add a little of the obtained egg mixture.

  • Mix and then combine the two mixtures. Add a bit of vanilla and mix. Add the flour a little at a time and incorporate it.

  • Finally, add the baking soda and mix. Add two chopped apples and blend. Pour the obtained mixture into the floured mold.

  • Slice the remaining apple into thin slices and place them on top. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top.

  • Bake at 356°F for about 40/50 min.
