Whole Wheat Apple and Banana Bundt Cake

Ingredients for the Whole Wheat Apple and Banana Bundt Cake:

- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup mascarpone
- 3 apples
- 1 banana
- 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- cinnamon powder
- vanilla
Steps

In a bowl, put the eggs and sugar and whisk until you get a light and creamy mixture. In another bowl, put the mascarpone and banana and mix with the beaters. Add a little of the obtained egg mixture.
Mix and then combine the two mixtures. Add a bit of vanilla and mix. Add the flour a little at a time and incorporate it.
Finally, add the baking soda and mix. Add two chopped apples and blend. Pour the obtained mixture into the floured mold.
Slice the remaining apple into thin slices and place them on top. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
Bake at 356°F for about 40/50 min.
