Ingredients for Whole Wheat Cake with Ricotta and Figs without Eggs:
pan 22/24 cm
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 container plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- figs (Fresh)
Steps

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, starch, baking powder, and mix. Add the ricotta, milk, melted butter, a bit of vanilla.
Add the yogurt and mix. Place the cut figs at the bottom of the pan as desired and add the prepared mixture on top. Level
Bake at 350°F for about 40/50 min.
