Ingredients for the Whole Wheat Camilla Cake:

- 9 oz carrots
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 container plain natural yogurt
- almond flavor
- orange flavor
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil

In a bowl, put the eggs, sugar, and start working with the electric beaters for a few minutes. Add the grated carrots, yogurt.
Add the oil, almond, and orange flavor and mix with the beaters. Add the flour gradually, mixing.
Finally, add the baking powder and mix the dough well. Transfer it to a cake mold. Level it off. Bake at 356°F for about 40/50 min.
