Whole Wheat Crumble with Ricotta and Pears ๐ No Eggs

Ingredients for Whole Wheat Crumble with Ricotta and Pears ๐ No Eggs:
(10-inch pan)
- 4 cups pears
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1/2 cup sugar
- chocolate chips
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 small container plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- lemon zest
- vanilla

Filling preparation:
In a saucepan, place the chopped pears and sugar, and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
Then add the ricotta and mix well.
Base preparation:
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and sugar and mix. Add the room temperature butter and yogurt.
Add a little vanilla and lemon zest. Mix and combine well using a spoon. Put half of the mixture into a greased pan and compact it with your hands to form the edges.
Add the prepared filling and chocolate chips to taste. Crumble the remaining dough over the top. Bake at 355ยฐF for about 40 minutes.
