Zucchini and Ham Loaf Cake
A very tasty savory loaf cake to enjoy as an appetizer or aperitif! I chose to make it with zucchini, cooked ham, scamorza cheese, eggs, milk, and flour! If you don’t like zucchini, you can replace them with your favorite vegetables! This recipe is very simple to prepare and convenient to serve!

Ingredients for the zucchini and ham loaf cake:
- 1 zucchini
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 packet instant yeast for savory preparations
- 3 1/2 oz cooked ham
- 3 1/2 oz scamorza cheese
Steps
The preparation of the zucchini and ham loaf cake is very simple, watch the video HERE.
First, clean the zucchini and cut it into thin slices. Sprinkle a little salt on top and let it rest for a few minutes. Meanwhile, start working on the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Add the oil, milk, Parmesan cheese, flour, and potato starch gradually.
Add the yeast and mix well. Cut the cooked ham into cubes. Slice the scamorza cheese.
Squeeze the zucchini and add them to the mixture, then mix. Also add the ham, scamorza cheese, and mix. Place the obtained mixture into the mold
bake at 350°F for about 40/50 minutes.
