Ingredients for the Zucchini and Salmon Omelette Roll:
(my pan is 12×10 inches)
- 6 eggs
- salt
- 2 oz oz cheese (Grated)
- 5 oz oz smoked salmon
- 5 oz oz cream cheese
- 5 oz oz zucchini
Steps
The preparation of the Zucchini and Salmon Omelette Roll is very simple and quick. Watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, put the eggs, a bit of salt, the grated cheese, and whisk for a few minutes. Add the sliced zucchini and mix.
Put the mixture in the pan lined with parchment paper, sprinkle and bake at 356°F for about 15/20 min. Once out of the oven, flip it over.
Roll it up. Let it cool well, then open it and spread the cheese on top.
Add the salmon and roll it up again. Put it in the fridge for a few hours, then slice it!
