Zucchini and Salmon Omelette Roll
A great cold savory roll to serve as an appetizer or, why not, as an aperitif! A giant omelette with zucchini and filled with cream cheese and smoked salmon then rolled and sliced! A very simple and quick roll to make!

Ingredients for the Zucchini and Salmon Omelette Roll:
(my pan is 12×10 inches)
- 6 eggs
- salt
- 2 oz cheese (Grated)
- 5 oz smoked salmon
- 5 oz cream cheese
- 5 oz zucchini
Steps
The preparation of the Zucchini and Salmon Omelette Roll is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, place the eggs, a bit of salt, the grated cheese and whisk for a few minutes. Add the sliced zucchini and mix.
Place the mixture obtained in the pan with parchment paper inside, sprinkle and bake at 356°F for about 15/20 min. As soon as it comes out of the oven, flip it.
Roll it. Let it cool well then open it and spread the cheese on top.
Add the salmon and roll it. Place in the fridge for a few hours then slice!
