A great cold savory roll to serve as an appetizer or, why not, as an aperitif! A giant omelette with zucchini and filled with cream cheese and smoked salmon then rolled and sliced! A very simple and quick roll to make!

Ingredients for the Zucchini and Salmon Omelette Roll:

(my pan is 12×10 inches)

  • 6 eggs
  • salt
  • 2 oz cheese (Grated)
  • 5 oz smoked salmon
  • 5 oz cream cheese
  • 5 oz zucchini

Steps

The preparation of the Zucchini and Salmon Omelette Roll is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.

  • In a bowl, place the eggs, a bit of salt, the grated cheese and whisk for a few minutes. Add the sliced zucchini and mix.

  • Place the mixture obtained in the pan with parchment paper inside, sprinkle and bake at 356°F for about 15/20 min. As soon as it comes out of the oven, flip it.

  • Roll it. Let it cool well then open it and spread the cheese on top.

  • Add the salmon and roll it. Place in the fridge for a few hours then slice!

  • Enjoy your meal!
