Zucchini and Shrimp Skewers
A delicious recipe perfect to bring to the table this time of year as an appetizer, starter or main dish depending on your menu. You can adapt these skewers as you prefer. A very simple recipe to prepare that we can include for the Christmas Eve, Holy Friday or any day of the week we want. Ingredients for Zucchini and Shrimp Skewers:
- zucchini
- garlic
- shrimp
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- parsley
Steps
The preparation of the zucchini and shrimp skewers is very simple, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, put some garlic powder, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, salt, and mix. Slice the zucchini into thin slices. I used shrimp that were already cleaned and blanched so I went straight to assembly. Wrap a cleaned shrimp in a zucchini slice (watch the video HERE)
then pass it through the breadcrumb mix and skewer it. Proceed the same way with all, skewering 3/4 pieces on each stick.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle some more breadcrumb mix on top, drizzle with a little oil and bake at 340°F for about 20 minutes.
