  • 10.5 oz zucchini
  • 1 egg
  • 0.8 cup flour
  • 3.5 oz mozzarella
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
  • basil
  • oregano
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil

Steps

The preparation of zucchini pizza is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.

  • First, wash, clean, and grate the zucchinis. Add the egg, some salt, basil, oregano, and mix.

  • Add the flour and mix well. In a pan, add a bit of oil then pour in the mixture. Level it with a spatula.

  • Cover and let cook for about 10 minutes. Gently detach the edge if needed then flip it using the lid or a flat plate. Add the tomato sauce and mozzarella, then cover and cook for another 10 minutes.

  • Enjoy your meal!
