Zucchini Pizza

Ingredients for Zucchini Pizza:
- 10.5 oz zucchini
- 1 egg
- 0.8 cup flour
- 3.5 oz mozzarella
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- basil
- oregano
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil

The preparation of zucchini pizza is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, wash, clean, and grate the zucchinis. Add the egg, some salt, basil, oregano, and mix.
Add the flour and mix well. In a pan, add a bit of oil then pour in the mixture. Level it with a spatula.
Cover and let cook for about 10 minutes. Gently detach the edge if needed then flip it using the lid or a flat plate. Add the tomato sauce and mozzarella, then cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
