A very appetizing recipe, great to serve as an appetizer or snack. Puff pastry sticks filled with zucchini, bacon, and mozzarella 🤤 a true delight to taste. Zucchini sticks are very easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion, from holidays to regular weekdays. They’re also perfect if you need to enhance a savory buffet for an event! As always, you can customize the recipe to your liking; instead of bacon, you can use ham or speck, or omit it altogether. Instead of mozzarella, you can use scamorza, provolone, or omit it as well—choose what you prefer best.

Ingredients for Zucchini Sticks:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 zucchini
  • 3.5 oz bacon
  • 1.75 oz pizza mozzarella
  • salt

Steps

The preparation of the Zucchini Sticks is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.

  • Open the puff pastry and place the grated zucchini (cleaned and washed beforehand) on half. Cut the puff pastry in half. Place the mozzarella pieces on the side where you placed the zucchini.

  • Add a pinch of salt and the bacon slices. Cover with the empty half and roll over with a rolling pin.

  • Cut into strips, then into pieces of desired size and bake at 392°F for about 25 minutes.

  • Enjoy your meal!
