Ingredients
- 3 apricots
- 2 tablespoons mascarpone (heaped)
- 4 tablespoons ricotta
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- to taste chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon rum (optional)
Tools
- 1 Small Bowl zenker
Preparation
Cut in half and remove the pit;
In a small bowl, add mascarpone, ricotta, and sugar. (if desired, also the rum). Mix well;
Add chocolate chips and mix;
Stuff the apricots in the part where the pit was removed;
Refrigerate for one hour, maximum two;
Serve on a tray.
If there are leftovers, you can store them for one day in the fridge in a well-sealed container.
