- 4 slices bread (rye)
- 1 avocado (ripe)
- to taste fine salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation
Start cooking the eggs sunny-side up with a drizzle of oil in a non-stick pan or if you prefer, poach an egg;
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit;
Slice the avocado thinly;
Slice the bread;
Distribute the avocado slices over the bread;
Separately mix salt and oil and pour over the avocado-topped bread slice;
Pour the lemon juice;
Sprinkle with pepper or assorted seeds;
Finally, place the cooked egg on the bread slice, add a pinch of salt, and enjoy!
