Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fine salt
- to taste dried oregano
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Preparation
In a large bowl, pour in the oil, spices, salt, and pepper, and mix;
Add the cauliflower florets to this emulsion;
Arrange the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced apart;
Bake in a static oven at 392°F for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through. The cauliflower should be golden brown;
