Broccoli Soup: a healthy, creamy dish perfect for making everyone love broccoli.
The broccoli soup is a simple and tasty recipe to bring to the table. Broccoli is a vegetable rich in benefits, a true mine of vitamins, fibers, and antioxidants. I will discuss it more deeply in this article: Broccoli: properties, benefits, and recipes to enjoy them at their best
And if someone in the family doesn’t particularly love them, cooking them in a soft and fragrant cream can really make a difference.
In this recipe, I cook the broccoli together with leeks, which add natural sweetness and a delicate aroma, and butter which makes the soup even creamier and more enveloping. The result is a comforting, genuine dish perfect for both a light dinner and as a first course on colder days.
An easy, quick, and delicious soup, ideal for those who love and seek healthy recipes without sacrificing taste.
