January is the month of good intentions, more than half related to cooking and physical shape.
This time, come hell or high water, I’ll sign up for the gym, and I’ll kill myself with squats and the treadmill!
I solemnly promise to eat less!
I swear from now on I’ll eat healthier!
Well, I’ll stick to the healthier part.
Let’s start this Friday, which feels a lot like Monday ;), with an ideal recipe for low-carb diets
Cauliflower Pizza without flour.
Very easy recipe, ready in a few minutes. Gluten-free and no yeast.
Hearty single dish, a truly alternative way to enjoy this ingredient not always appreciated, especially by the little ones.
You can top the base just like any pizza to your liking. Go ahead with the fake Margherita pizza, the four seasons, and so on.
Vegetarian recipe.
Gluten-free.

Steps
To prepare the Cauliflower Pizza without flour, first, you need to wash it thoroughly and cut it into pieces. Remove the stalk and leaves.
Put it in a bowl, add the eggs, salt, and gluten-free breadcrumbs. Mix with a spoon and then blend it in a mixer until you get a compact and homogeneous dough.
Spread the dough in a lightly oiled springform pan and press it well with the back of a spoon.
Bake the base of the fake pizza in the oven at 392°F for 20 minutes.
With the base well-browned, add some tomato pulp, oregano, a drizzle of olive oil, and the smoked scamorza while out of the oven.
Back in the oven in grill mode for 10 minutes.
Serve as soon as it’s ready!
