- 6 cups water

Preparation
Place the chicken cut into pieces by the butcher, water, vegetables, and bay leaf in the pot;
Close the pressure cooker: from the whistle, lower the heat and cook for 30 – 45 minutes (depending on how old the chicken is);Turn off and wait a few minutes before opening the lid;

When the broth is warm, remove the meat and place it in a clean pot;Strain the broth with a strainer and then pour it over the chicken;
The leftover broth, if stored in the fridge, should be consumed within 4 days, while if frozen within 3 months.
