Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch instant yeast
- 1.5 cups water (room temperature)
- 2 tbsps oil
- 2 tsps fine salt

- 1 Rolling Pin ipea
- 1 Baking Tray ballarini
Preparation
Add the oil and gradually the water. Mix until the dough detaches from the hands;
Form a ball and let rest for 15 minutes covered with a cloth;
Divide the dough into 9 pieces, each weighing almost 3.5 oz, and roll them out with a rolling pin;
Roll out the dough on the floured surface into long and thin strips;
Place the pizza strips on a baking tray lined with parchment paper;
Add tomato sauce, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and oregano (to taste) on top;
Bake in the oven at 482°F for 10/12 minutes;
The crispy pizza strips are ready
