Ingredients

  • 28 oz pumpkin
  • to taste bay leaves
  • to taste smoked paprika
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste fine salt

Preparation

  • Arrange the pumpkin slices on a baking sheet with parchment paper;

    Season the pumpkin with olive oil, fine salt, bay leaves, and smoked paprika. Mix with your hands;

    Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 30 minutes;

    Do the fork test. If the pumpkin is soft, then turn off the oven;

    Serve hot or warm.

Store in the fridge for 1 day covered with plastic wrap.
