Easy and Quick Egg Clouds Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch fine salt
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Preparation

  • Separate the yolks from the whites;

    Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form with an electric mixer;

    Place parchment paper on the baking tray;

    With a spoon, scoop some egg white and place it on the baking tray;

    With the spoon, make a small (not too deep) hole in the center of the egg white and place the yolk in it;

    In the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes, if you prefer them more cooked, 15 minutes;

    Once cooked, wait before plating;

    Add salt and, if you like, pepper;

    If you prefer, add balsamic vinegar.
