Summer has arrived, bringing with it the desire for fresh, light, and delicious dishes.

You can prepare many types of fruit salads. The one I propose today is based on strawberries, kiwis, pineapple, and lamb’s lettuce. With a sprinkle of chia seeds.

Then add a special dressing and the dish is ready and exquisite.

Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • A few lamb's lettuce leaves
  • 10 oz strawberries
  • 1 slice fresh pineapple (cut into cubes)
  • 2 kiwis
  • to taste white chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsps balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsps mustard
  • 1 pinch salt
  • to taste pepper (freshly ground)

Preparation

  • Wash the strawberries, remove the leafy crown, and slice them thinly;

    Clean and cut the kiwis;

    Add the pineapple cut into cubes;

    In a bowl, pour the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt, and freshly ground pepper;

    Mix vigorously until you get a creamy dressing;

    Arrange the fruit on a plate and dress with the sauce;

    Sprinkle the white chia seeds.
