- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1.75 oz spinach
- 0.5 cup flour
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 pinch salt

Preparation
Melt the butter;
In a bowl, put the flour, eggs, and mix well with a whisk;
Add the milk, melted butter, salt, and mix;
Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour, then prepare the thin crepes by lightly buttering the non-stick pan and cooking them, flipping them just after a minute;
The green spinach crepes are ready.
