  • 21 oz sardines
  • 1 lemon
  • to taste oil
  • to taste fine salt

Preparation

  • First, you need to decapitate, gut, and rinse the sardines (I know, it sounds bad);

    Line the sardines on your grill or griddle grate;

    A pinch of salt, pepper, and a few drops of oil to brush on the sardines, which are already rich in fat on their own;

    Once cooked on one side, gently turn them over and let them finish cooking;

    Serve hot with lemon wedges.
