How much do I love meatballs!
I adore eating them in all sorts of ways. Fried meatballs. Meatballs in sauce. Baked meatballs.
Today, however, I propose on the menu Meatballs in broth.
A one-dish meal.
With the broth, you can add pasta and eat the first and second courses with a single recipe.
