Ingredients

  • 12 oz chicken breast
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste mixed salad
  • 10 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3.5 oz sweet corn
  • to taste feta cubes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Preparation

  • Let it cool slightly and slice into strips of the desired width;

    In a large bowl or plate, combine the well-washed salad, a very thinly sliced onion, cherry tomatoes, feta, and corn;

    For the dressing: in a small bowl, mix oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Mix vigorously;

    Add the chicken strips to the vegetables, pour the dressing, and gently mix all the ingredients;

    Add the feta as well.

You can replace the dressing with mustard
