Ingredients
- 17.5 oz tomato purée
- 8 sausages
- 11.3 oz pasta
- 1 cup water
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste salt
- 2 tbsps olive oil

Preparation
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil with garlic in the pan;
Add the sausage meat, mash with a fork, and sauté on high heat;
Remove the garlic;
When the sausage starts to brown, add the tomato purée, a cup of water, and a pinch of salt;
Stir and cook on low heat for 15/20 minutes;
Meanwhile, bring the water to a boil in the casserole, when it boils, add salt and pour in the pasta;
Drain the pasta, toss it with the sauce, garnish with a sprinkle of grated pecorino and basil leaves.
